We understand that it can be a little difficult to set your account up for the first time.

Each person needs to have their own email address.  You can create a Google gmail account for free and it only takes a few minutes.

To book multiple tickets, each account you wish to purchase for needs to be linked to yours.

To use the APP:
You will need to register the parent as well as each child.
Each person will need a unique email address (free from Gmail)

• Have an email address ready for each person you are signing up to the app.
• Create an account for each person
• Link accounts.
• From the parent account.
• Click “Add dependent”
• Choose their email address.
• Sign out of your account
• Sign into the child’s account and accept
• Sign out of child’s account
• Sign into your account and check you are linked.
• Repeat for any extra children.
• Now everyone is registered, purchase (either paid or free) tickets.
• Now you are registered, you will not need to go through this process again, unless you are adding more dependents.
• PLEASE NOTE: You can have more than 1 adult linked to the children.
  If you would like to link to an extra adult, please repeat the steps above.
• Some competitions are age limited – meaning, if it is a kids comp, adults can’t purchase a ticket under their name, it has to be the child’s.

Once this is all set up, you never have to do it again! woohoo.
