All instructors and volunteers have Queeensland Government approved Positive Blue Cards

It is advised to try and arrive 15 Minutes before the scheduled start time

as this gives us time to do paper work and introduce ourselves

Most courses run for no more than 3 hours

We make sure that we have the right number of carers for the number of students. Depending on what type of class we are running but no more than 20 students at any one time.

Students need to wear shoes and clothes they can get wet and dirty. A dry towel for the ride home is recommended.

We will supply cold water and cordial along with sunscreeen, hats and all fishing equipment used for the day.
Students are welcome to bring along snacks to eat during the course if they wish.

Whilst every attempt is made to run our programs on the scheduled dates we are unable to control the weather. If the booking is cancelled due to bad weather we will make every effort to reschedule for another day that suits you or we will refund your money.

We take students from the age of 4 however it is recomended that one parent or guardian stay with the younger ones for the lesson.

Our refund policy is as follows

• Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the event, a full refund is offered
• Bookings cancelled less than 72 hours before the event, your booking will be moved to a time more suitable for you
• If you fail to turn  up on the day and don't let us know in advance you will forfeit your payment
